hey mom and dad,
sounds like this week was a good week. congratulations on the deer dad! cant wait to get back and go hunting and fishing.
life is going good. i am in a branch of about 30 people. good branch. very nice member. the branch/wards make a rescue list for activation. from that list ward members or ward presidency members try and help reactivate them. if members are doing it i am not sure. never really asked but as missionaries we definitely go and visit less actives and try to get them to come back to Church. we actually when yesterday after church. its really fun to do.
so my Portuguese hasn't improved that much. i got a new pmg in Japanese(kanji and hiragana only) so i have been way excited to read it. that kind of set my Portuguese on the back burner. it is hard to study both languages if i am not always studying and relay diligent. after a week the excitement of getting the new pmg will wear off so after that it might get better. but i really want to learn some Portuguese so i can understand what big-j says and then i can talk to Slater about it in Japanese. it will be way fun.
ok so my address is: miyaken, nabari-shi, konodai 3-43, if you type this in the way it is in google earth it will be hard to find but if you can type in the kanji you can find it really easy. i did it with a
less active on his i phone. i don't know the kanji now and it is really hard to type kanji so i will see what i can do. have fun!
i dont have that muchtime left. i cant afford to not work hard, i cant afford to have a wasted day. i started to realize this when i came to Nabari. i wish i would have had this sense of urgency when igot here but thats in the past. now is now and that s all i can worry about. this work is amazing. being able to teach in the language of my ancestors is a great blessing and opportunity. there is nothing iw ould rather be doing.
love,
elder christian price
