Hey mom and dad,

thanks for the emails. it sounds like everyone is having fun. was last week fall break? that is way cool that there are people down the street hearing the lessons. i don't remember and convert baptisms when i was there so it must be exciting to be able to see one.

dodgeball seems way sweet. when iw as there it was just starting to get big. i cant wait to come back and play. i will probably be pretty rusty though .

i loved going to the Randolph house. i would have loved to go more often.

this week was a pretty good week. we had a special zone conference where elder aoyagi, a member of the area presidency over Asia came to our mission. it was a great conference and it was all in Japanese. it made learning interesting but i think it was good opportunity to hear from a 70. i was way tired after though.

probably the best part of the week was on Sunday, yesterday. our investigator nihara san came to church with his 2 kids. i was way surprised. he didn't get baptized this week because he wanted more time which is all right with me. he said he wants to get baptized in about a month. that's all good. so his 2 kids came and stayed for all 3 hours and then there was a pot luck after church and his wife came to that. she is a less active and it doesn't seem she likes church much but i was way surprised to see here there. we are working hard with nihara. he is such a great guy and he knows that the church is a good thing but i don't think he 100% knows if it is true yet. once he finds that out he will surely get baptized.

well that was a little of my week. but here is a funny story. we biked to and area that is close to ours to spend the day with him and i am emailing at a place close to there apartment. on the way here we met this guy who spoke good English and goes to the other areas English class. he was way nice and kind of funny. we talked for a bit then took of to come to the place to email. was i stated to pedal over the train tracks and my back pocket caught on my seat, i for some reason grabbed the front brake and then in slow motion i flipped over my handlebars right in the middle of the train tracks as the bell was sounding that a train was coming. luckily i wasn't hurt too bad just a scrapped knee and my bike is a ok but my right back pocket is torn pretty good. good thing i brought my suit coat because it covers it up nicely. so after email i get to go get some string from the dollar store and do a quick patch job and then finish it when i get back to the apartment.

well i love you family and thank you for everything. keep having fun and finding new cool places to go so when i get back we can go to all of them.

love ,
elder christian price
