new years was awesome! the sports confrence was the best. i say slater the first thing when i got there and we werent seperated after that. he had been telling everyone about me so he would introduce me to people and most would know who i was because of the way slater acted. new years was awesome.i am glad to here that there wasa little japanese culturemoment on new years day in arizona. the new years food here is different and some is kindof difficult to eat. send marshal and erica here for a month and make them eat this food and they will love meat and vegetables. sometimes the vegetables are the only thing that i really enjoy out of a dish.i think it is way cool that the theme this year for priamary is christ. youcant ever go wron with that.also i am glad that the kids start school so youcan get some good quality rest. i can relate to not being able to do much. i dont understand everything so most of the time during lessons i sit there and do my best to understand. itis very hard to sit and let my comp. do all the teaching. you can drive now right? 2 weeks will fly by.the work is great. to day was transfer day and my comp and i did not get transfered. we wre both way excited. this place is the best! we are teaching someone right now this a baptismial date on jan. 17. he is a really good kid and itlooks like he will follow through with the commitment. other than that life is the same. i am working hard and still love what i do. thanks for the prayers
