Hey dad,
thanks for the message about the spirit. you can never get tomany lesson on the spirit. i am hangin in there with the language. the worsed days are sundays because all of the meetings are in japanese and i give 110% of my focus the the speaker and what they are saying. i get some things but others are over my head. by the time the 3rd block comes around i am so done with church but i tuff it out. my brain hurts and i am mentally exauhsted. i know it will start to get a little better each week.
i miss shooting. i am glad marsh can finally shoot the gun without it jamming. maybe when i get back he will beable to use one hand. i am also sad that i wont beable to go with you on you deer hunt. DONT MISS like last time. i want to see some cool picks when i return.
ya thanksgiving dinner was great. and the sushi was awesome. i had the squid and it wasnt bad but as you said it is almost impossible to chew through so i just swallowed it. i also tried NATO. it was ok. i could eat if for a meal if i had to. so ya the sushi was great and we had alot of fun.
so last sunday we commited sasaki san to baptism. i was so pumped. he came to church yestarday and it was awesome. he is a 26 yearold farmer and he works until 10.30 so it is hard for him to come to chruch but he came towards the last part of the sacrament meeting and stayed for the rest of it. the ward really welcomed him into the ward. this ward is awesome. after chruch he met with 2 new converts and the bore there testimonies to him. i think and feel like he will keep his baptisimal date if he can commit to keeping all of the commandments. his baptismal date is the 20th of dec. the goal in the mission is a‘ white christmas‘ and that is what i beleive we will have。the work is great. we have 2 investigators that we will be giving have 2 investigators that we will be giving baptismal dates to in the next couple weeks. i am very excited. agian thanks for the spiritual thought
